  • What is Zoria?

    Zoria is a personal astrology platform built on real astronomical data. We compute your charts from Swiss Ephemeris (the same source professional astrologers use) and pair them with warm, plain-language readings. The app covers daily horoscopes, your natal chart, dream interpretation, crystal ball, numerology, and compatibility.

  • Is Zoria free?

    Yes — the daily horoscope and basic features are free forever. Premium unlocks unlimited dream interpretations and crystal-ball readings, the full natal chart, and ad-free use. You can preview premium for 24 hours with our Day Pass.

  • How do I create an account?

    Tap "Sign up" on any page, enter your email and a password, then confirm via the link we email you. Your birth date (and ideally birth time + place) makes everything more accurate, but you can fill those in later from Settings.

  • I forgot my password — how do I reset it?

    On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password". Enter the email you signed up with and we'll send you a reset link. The link expires after 24 hours; if it stops working, just request a new one.

  • Why does my birth time matter so much?

    Birth time decides where the twelve astrological "houses" sit on your chart — the parts of the sky tied to career, relationships, home, and so on. Without accurate time your sun, moon and planet placements stay correct, but the houses become approximate. For the deepest reading, dig up your birth certificate.

  • What if I don't know my birth time?

    Enter your best guess, or 12:00 noon as a neutral fallback. You'll still get a meaningful natal chart — just know that house placements may be off by a sign in either direction. You can update the time later and we'll recalculate everything.

  • How do I subscribe to premium?

    Open Settings → Subscription and pick a plan: monthly, quarterly, or annual. Annual gives the best price per day. Payment is processed by our provider; we never see your card details.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Visa and Mastercard. You can pay in UAH, USD or EUR depending on your region.

  • Can I cancel my subscription?

    Yes — anytime from Settings → Subscription → Cancel. You can choose to stop renewals (you keep premium until your current period ends) or cancel immediately. No questions asked, no email confirmations needed.

  • How do I request a refund?

    We refund in a number of cases — see our Refund Policy for details. At checkout you expressly request immediate delivery of your readings, which waives the 14-day EU/UA right of withdrawal (EU Art. 16(m), UA Art. 13). That's standard for digital content. That said, if something genuinely went wrong — accidental charge, billing dispute, a technical issue you couldn't get past — open Settings → Payment History, find the charge, tap "Request refund", and tell us briefly what happened. We review case by case and reply on the same email thread. Day Pass and consumed AI-credit packs aren't refundable.

  • Is my data private?

    Yes. We never sell your email, birth data, or AI conversations. Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest. The full list of what we collect, our legal basis, and the subprocessors we use is in our Privacy Policy — read it whenever you like, linked from the footer of every page.

  • How do I contact support?

    Email [email protected]. During MVP we don't promise a strict SLA, but we read everything and answer within 48 hours on weekdays. Include your account email and a short description of the problem; for billing issues, please add the date and amount of the charge.
