Refund Policy

Zoria provides access to digital content (personalized readings and AI responses) on a subscription basis. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund. Payments and refunds are processed through our payment provider.

1. Right of withdrawal and digital content

For distance contracts a consumer normally has 14 days to withdraw. Because Zoria delivers digital content immediately after payment, by selecting a plan you expressly request that delivery begin at once and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for content already delivered (Art. 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU; Art. 13 of the Ukrainian Law “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”). This does not affect the rights set out below.

2. When we refund

We issue refunds in the following cases:

  • A duplicate or erroneous charge for the same service.
  • A technical failure that prevented access to the content you paid for.
  • An unauthorized or fraudulent transaction.
  • Accidental auto-renewal — a full refund if you contact us within 3 days of the charge and have not used the new period’s content.
  • Within 14 days of payment — if the content for the paid period has not yet been generated or used.

3. What is not refundable

The Day Pass and any period whose content has already been delivered or used are non-refundable, in line with your express consent to immediate delivery (Section 1). We do not pro-rate refunds for unused time within an active period; cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. How to request a refund

Open Settings → Payment History, find the charge and tap “Request refund”, describing briefly what happened. Or email [email protected] with your account email and the date and amount of the payment. We review every request and reply on the same email thread.

5. Timing and method

An approved refund is returned to the same payment method used for the purchase, via our payment provider — usually within a few business days and no later than 14 days from approval. The actual posting time depends on your card-issuing bank.
