Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Zoria. By using the service you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use Zoria on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. Service Description

Zoria is an AI-assisted astrology platform that provides personalized horoscopes, natal-chart interpretations, dream interpretations, numerology readings, crystal-ball reflections, and compatibility analyses. Content is generated using a combination of astronomical calculations (Swiss Ephemeris) and large language models. Free and paid tiers are offered; paid features are described on the pricing page.

3. Astrology Disclaimer — Entertainment and Reflection Only

Zoria provides content for entertainment, reflection, and personal interest. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, psychological, financial, legal, or other expert advice. Do not use Zoria to make important decisions about your health, money, relationships, or safety. If you are in distress or crisis, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services. We make no claim that astrological readings predict the future or describe objective reality.

4. AI-Generated Content

Readings on Zoria are generated by large language models (currently Claude by Anthropic). AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or otherwise unsuitable. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of any AI-generated content. You are responsible for how you act on it. We may change the underlying model, prompts, or limits at any time.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (daily, monthly, or annually depending on the plan) at the then-current price, until you cancel. Prices are shown in your local currency where supported and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we never see your full card number. All purchases of digital content are final and non-refundable, except where a non-waivable right of refund is granted by applicable consumer law.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for unused time. You may also delete your account at any time; deletion removes your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, harass, or threaten others through the service, or use AI features to generate content targeting real individuals with harmful intent.
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the service beyond ordinary browser use, or attempt to bypass quotas and rate limits.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract underlying models, prompts, or proprietary algorithms.
• Use the platform for any illegal activity, including unlawful processing of others' personal data.
• Impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or submit false birth data for someone else without their consent.
• Use the platform to generate or distribute spam, malware, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property.

9. Intellectual Property

The Zoria platform — including the brand, design, code, prompts, and astronomical computation layer — is owned by the operator of Zoria. You retain ownership of the content you submit (birth data, dreams, questions). Outputs generated for you (readings, interpretations) are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use; you may share or publish your own readings, but you may not resell them or use them to train competing AI services.

10. Copyright and Abuse Reports

If you believe content on Zoria infringes your copyright or otherwise violates the law, send a notice to [email protected] including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work or right involved; (b) the URL or precise location of the allegedly infringing content; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act. We act on valid notices promptly. The same address handles other abuse and security reports.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zoria and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) EUR 50. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g., for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death and personal injury).

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves or the law changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. For material changes affecting your rights or how the paid service works, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of Zoria after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought before the competent courts of Kyiv, Ukraine. If you are a consumer in the European Union, nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer-law rules of your country of residence, including the right to bring proceedings in your local courts; EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. For users in Ukraine, the Ukrainian Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" applies in addition to these Terms.
