Public Offer (Terms of Sale)

This Public Offer is an official proposal by the Seller (details in Section 8) to enter into a contract for the supply of digital content on the terms below. By making a payment on Zoria you fully and unconditionally accept this offer. Payments are processed through our payment provider.
1. Subject of the offer
The Seller provides the User with paid access to digital entertainment content — personalized astrology readings and AI-generated responses (horoscope, birth chart, dream interpretation, numerology, compatibility and similar features). The content is informational and for entertainment; it is not professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
2. Acceptance of the offer
The User accepts this offer by selecting a plan and completing payment. Acceptance means the User has read and agrees to this offer, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy. No separately signed document is required.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown in the checkout window before payment, in the currency of your region (UAH, USD or EUR). The amount displayed is the exact amount charged. Payment is made online via our payment provider; the Seller does not store full card data.
4. Subscription and automatic renewal
Monthly and annual plans are subscriptions: after the first payment they renew automatically for the same period and at the same price through our payment provider, until the User cancels. The Day Pass is a one-time purchase and does not renew. The User can cancel renewal at any time in Settings → Subscription; access remains active until the end of the already-paid period.
5. Provision of digital content
Digital content is supplied immediately after a successful payment. By paying, the User expressly requests that delivery begin at once and acknowledges the loss of the 14-day right of withdrawal for content already delivered (EU Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m); Art. 13 of the Ukrainian Law “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”).
6. Refunds
Refund conditions, cases and procedure are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of this offer. In short: we refund duplicate or erroneous charges, technical failures, unauthorized transactions, and accidental auto-renewals reported within 3 days of the charge.
7. Liability and disclaimer
Content is provided “as is” for entertainment and personal reflection. The Seller does not guarantee that readings predict the future or describe objective reality, and is not liable for decisions the User makes based on the content. The service must not be used to make important medical, financial, legal, or safety decisions.
